TICKET 1 (DHCP)
One Fault :
Changed the client identifier in DHCP server
TICKET 2 (PPP)
Just applied ip dhcp pool command on R12
TICKET 3 (OSPF)
Corrected the subnet mask on R21s e2/0 (from /30 to /29)
TICKET 4 ( EIGRP)
Distribute list on R13….denying R14s loopback….just permit it
TICKET 5 (BGP)
220.127.116.11 was dropping…. Just added next hop on R22
TICKET 6 (IPV6)
Two Faults :
Wrong next hop on R25
Mobile network was not advertised on R25
TICKET 7 ( DMVPN-1)
Two Faults :
Missing ip nhrp authentication on R19
Added nhrp redirect on hub for spoke to spoke communication.
TICKET 8 (MPLS )
Many Faults :
Default originate missing on R7&R8
Wrong Nat statements on R& and R8
As set in aggregate address
Area range command on R7
RT import exports were wrong
IKE issue….encryption was different on r25(3des)..made it same like R7
TICKET 10 (NAS)
Three Faults :
Wrong mac address for client identifier
Secondary ip on R24
Ip domain lookup and name server commands missing on R23 and NA
Done all these in 1 hour 30 minutes
1. Switching – Wrong VTP password SW3,
Check SW3 configuration output. Sw3 does not have any vlan,where VTP server SW1 have many Vlan. So select SW3, issue command # sh vtp status. Ask for VTP password.
2. DMVPN – Midchain error.
Check EIGRP configuration in R15, it contains redistribute connected route-map CONNECTED, which denies E0/0 of R15. So the issue exist with R16, go to R16 configuration and check interface configuration E0/0 of R16 have /29 subnet mask and in eigrp it redistribute connected routes.
Sol : Click on R16. Increase the subnet length of R16 from /29 to /30
Did nothing….wasnt prepared for it
CONFIGURATION SECTION :
Most of things are same as we practised(MST with VRF).READ QUESTIONS CAREFULLY WORDINGS ARE VERY DIFFERENT IN SOME TASKS !!!!!
In R16, R17, R 18, R19 instead of specifying VRF in question they stated all four routers must maintain separate BGP instance. (Vrf was already configured)
In multicasting they were asking to assign vlan 5 on empty interface which was already done in my case
In R12 and R14 there are two sub interfaces. E0/1.4 and E0/1.6 where IPV4 address is configured in E0/0.4 and IPV6 address is configured on E0/0.6.
Rest everything is same. Save your configs often.
